This specialized curriculum covers a broad range of topics orienting and familiarizing candidates with aspects and competencies necessary to be successful as an MSL. The curriculum is intended to provide a complete understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Through this training, our MSL's examine the various roles and contributions of today's MSL and focus on the essentials of Opinion Leader identification and relationship development. The program explains the value of industry liaising with Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers, as well as reviews the stringent regulatory environment governing interactions between industry MSLs and healthcare representatives. MSL Academy covers a broad array of essential subjects pertinent to establishing an MSL's credibility while broadening their scientific proficiency.
