Arizona Emergency Nurses Association (AZ ENA), a not-for-profit corporation. AZ ENA functions as a specialty nursing organization for professional nurses committed to the advancement of emergency nursing, including education, legislative & injury prevention. AZ ENA is a state council that represents AZ emergency nurses for the Emergency Nurses Association.

Since 1919, the Arizona Nurses Association has been helping nurses navigate an increasingly complex healthcare environment. AzNA is the largest and most widely recognized professional nursing organization in Arizona with members from all practice roles and settings. The Arkansas Nurses Association is the state's organization that speaks for professional nursing. We collaborate with all nurses and with other providers and consumers of health care to facilitate access to quality care for the people of Arkansas.

The California Nurses Association, and its national arm, the National Nurses Organizing Committee, is one of the nation’s premiere nurses’ organizations and health care unions. One of the fastest growing health care organizations in the U.S., CNA/NNOC presently has 75,000 members in 40 states, representing nurses at scores of hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies. Since 2000, over 19,000 RNs at 50 hospitals have elected to affiliate with CNA.

California Nursing Students' Association leads by example, creating a statewide community of politically conscious, technologically savvy, and socially aware nursing students. CNSA fosters the transition of the student to the role of the professional nurse through the development of leadership, activism, and advocacy. CNSA supports scholarship, volunteerism, and mentorship to influence nursing education and nursing care in California.

The Colorado Nurses Association is a professional organization of registered nurses in Colorado. It is a constituent of the American Nurses Association. The primary purpose of this association is to provide direction and a voice for the profession of nursing and nurses as leaders in health care.

Founded in 1889, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is Colorado’s oldest and largest home health care agency. The VNA, a nonprofit agency, was founded by community volunteers in 1889 as the Flower Mission to comfort Denver’s sick poor. VNA continues to respond to community health and medical needs by providing programs and services that foster health, independence, dignity and comfort for patients and their families. Today, the organization offers a wide range of services – from skilled nursing, wellness programs, rehab therapies and hospice care.

NSNA’s mission is to mentor students preparing for initial licensure as registered nurses, and to convey the standards, ethics, and skills that students will need as responsible and accountable leaders and members of the profession. NSNA is a nonprofit organization for students enrolled in associate, baccalaureate, diploma, and generic graduate nursing programs.

CTENA is the State Council of the Emergency Nurses Association. CTENA is a group of dedicated, professional Registered Nurses that work in the specialty of emergency nursing. The Association's focus is on improving patient care, providing quality continuing education, supporting nursing research, promoting the profession and sponsoring public safety programs.

The Connecticut Nurses' Association speaks with a unified voice for nurses across all specialties, in all forums. The Association exerts its organized influence on education, legislation, and compensation to protect and advance the practice of nursing and the health of the people in CT. We connect our members to each other and to our collective passion, power and purpose.

The Delaware Nurses Association is dedicated to serving its membership through identifying, developing, and promoting the profession of nursing as an art and science. The Delaware Nurses Association represents the interest of professional nurses in the state of Delaware. The Delaware Nurses Association also advocates for health care issues through legislative channels and regulatory activity, resulting in positive outcomes for all Delawareans.

The DSNA is a preprofessional organization for pre-nursing and nursing students enrolled in Delaware accredited diploma, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs. DSNA is a constituent member of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA). The goal of DSNA is to promote the development of professional leadership in nursing students while providing a collaborative relationship with other members of the health care team and the community.

The Nurse Practitioner Association of the District of Columbia (NPADC) was founded in 1971 and represents the interests of all nurse practitioners in the area without regard to specialization. This non-profit organization serves as a forum for networking and lobbying on common concerns, ideas and issues affecting nurse practitioners in today’s health care arena.

The District of Columbia Nurses Association (DCNA) is the professional organization for registered nurses who live and/or work in the District. DCNA is a constituent member of the American Nurses Association, the only full service professional organization representing the nation’s two million registered nurses.

The Florida Nurses Association is the ONLY state organization that advocates for nurses regardless of nursing specialty or practice setting. We believe that nurses are the gateway to a healthier nation. FNA Mission Statement - To serve and support all registered nurses through professional development, advocacy and the promotion of excellence at every level of professional nursing practice.

GNA is the state's largest professional nursing association for registered nurses in all practice settings. GNA has provided enormous support to advance the profession as a whole and nurses as individuals. GNA is positioned to advocate for you while you advocate for your patients.

HNA serves as the organization for nursing in Hawaii and strives to preserve the identity, integrity, and core values of the profession of nursing. HNA is the only-full service professional organization representing Hawaii's 10,000 registered nurses. HNA represents registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), certified nurse aides (CNA), and Radiation Therapists in more than twenty bargaining units throughout the State of Hawaii.

HSNA is a group of students representing the state of Hawaii’s nursing students, organized with the National Student Nurses Association. Kansas Emergency Nurses Association (KENA) is a not-for-profit organization in the State of Kansas. The purposes for which the corporation is organized are educational, within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including but not limited to the advancement of emergency nursing through education and public awareness.

The Kansas State Nurses Association is the professional organization for registered nurses in Kansas. It is a constituent of the American Nurses Association. The primary purpose of KSNA is to provide direction and a voice for the profession of nursing and nurses as leaders in health care.

Kentucky Association of Nursing Students is a pre-professional organization for pre-nursing and nursing students enrolled in Kentucky accredited diploma, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs. KANS is a constituent member of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA).

The Kentucky Nurses Association (KNA) is the only full-service professional organization for the state’s entire nurse population. MENA is the Maine state council of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA). We are a not-for-profit organization and our main purpose is education. NNA is the professional association for registered nurses in Nebraska. The Nebraska State Student Nurses Association is a charter member of the National Student Nurses Association, a professional organization formed and led by student from all parts of the country. A student nurse’s association web site is a great way to organize a charter, keep members informed, and attract a broader audience by introducing ourselves to the community. NNA is an association of nurses working for nurses. We represent all of Nevada's RNs including staff nurses, nurse educators, nurse practitioners, school nurses and public health nurses. The New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association is a non-profit organization. As a statewide professional association, it recognizes the common needs of its members. New Jersey Emergency Nurses Association Objectives are to promote and implement the philosophy and objectives of the Emergency Nurses Association. The New York State Nurses Association is the nation's oldest and largest state professional association for registered nurses. It also is New York's largest union solely dedicated to promoting the interests of RNs and their patients. With more than 34,000 members, NYSNA has been the voice for nurses in New York State for more than a century.

The North Carolina Nurses Association (NCNA) is the professional association for all registered nurses in North Carolina. Through NCNA, nurses can become powerful advocates for our profession and for our patients.

Anesthesia is safer today than ever before, due in large part to the watchful care of the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). The North Dakota Association of Nurse Anesthetists (NDANA) is comprised of 190 nurse anesthetists, 95% of all CRNAs in the state. The Ohio Nurses Association is a member-driven, full-service professional association and is the premier professional organization for Ohio's registered nurses. Organized in 1904 to secure a Nurse Practice Act to protect the citizens of Ohio, it has been promoting and protecting nurses, the nursing profession, and those who receive nursing care for over one hundred years.

LPNAO goals – to keep abreast of the nursing and healthcare changes and raise the standards of Practical nursing. LPNAO will promote the practice of practical nursing and help insure that the safety and changing requirements of the healthcare consumer are met.

ONA is the professional association for all registered nurses in Oklahoma. It is a community of nurses across all specialties and practice settings working to promote the profession of nursing. This community of nurses is working to address the issues that face nursing on a daily basis as well other issues of importance – nurse-force numbers, workplace safety, standards of care, scope of practice and patient safety.

Since 1981, VNA has served residents of Oklahoma with a variety of services. A Board of Directors consisting of private citizens governs VNA - a not-for-profit organization. A Professional Advisory committee composed of medical and health care professions, advise the Board of Directors concerning medical policies and procedures. The VNA is a member of the Visiting Nurse Association of America, which has addressed the health care needs of Americans since 1888.

The Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) was founded in 1904 as the professional association for nurses in Oregon. A non-profit association, ONA is a constituent member of the American Nurses Association and the United American Nurses. ONA provides a variety of services to its members.

The Pennsylvania Association of School Nurses and Practitioners is the professional home for school nurses, open to all certified school nurses and school nurse practitioners in Pennsylvania. Associate membership is also available to individuals and corporations interested in school health.

The purpose of the PA State Nurses Association is to preserve and advance the identity, integrity, and the continuity of the profession of nursing and to serve as the professional organization and the official voice for registered professional nurses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In order to advance the nursing profession PA Nurses must strive to help support the nurses in the state.

The Rhode Island State Nurses Association (RISNA), a constituent member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), is the authority on matters concerning the profession of nursing and nursing practice in the state of Rhode Island. RISNA is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, and protection of nursing thereby improving the quality of and access to health care in Rhode Island.

The purpose of the association is to promote the professional status of nurses and to improve health care in South Carolina. We are committed to making a difference for nurses in South Carolina. The South Carolina Nurses Association is the official voice of nursing in this state, speaking out on health care issues on behalf of nurses and the public. SCNA is nurses - working and growing together.

The Student Nurses' Association of South Carolina (SNA-SC) is a pre-professional organization for pre-nursing and nursing students enrolled in South Carolina accredited associate and baccalaureate degree nursing programs. SNA-SC is a constituent member of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA).

The South Dakota Nurses Association speaks with ONE VOICE to support professional nursing through advocacy, communication, networking and collaboration across nursing specialties. The Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists (TANA) is a nonprofit association whose purpose is to advance the profession of nurse anesthesia, enhance the art and science of anesthesiology, and facilitate the provision of accessible, affordable, high quality care.
